CBD Oil in Qala, Gozo: Delivery & Buying Guide (2026)

Qala is the easternmost village in Gozo, looking out across the channel to Comino and Malta, a short drive from the ferry at Mġarr. Shops selling CBD are few and far between in Gozo, so most people in Qala order online and have it delivered free.

This guide covers how delivery to Qala works, what Maltese law says about CBD in 2026, how to choose a strength and what to check before you buy.

CBD delivery to Qala

Every Dr. Hemp Me order to Qala is delivered free by MaltaPost, with no minimum spend. Order by 1pm on a working day and your parcel leaves the same day; it usually arrives in 2–5 working days. Parcels cross to Gozo with MaltaPost like any other post, so delivery to Qala is the same as anywhere in Malta. See our delivery page for the details.

Lab testing: why it matters

A lab report (certificate of analysis) from an independent lab shows how much CBD is in a product and the THC result. It is the only way to know that what is on the label is what is in the bottle. Every Dr. Hemp Me product has its lab report on its product page; we suggest you read it before you buy, whoever you buy from.

Is CBD legal in Qala?

Yes. Since 16 May 2025, Maltese law (Cap. 101, as amended by Act XII of 2025) lists CBD as a non-psychoactive cannabinoid. Products made from non-psychoactive cannabinoids with no more than 0.2% psychoactive cannabinoids fall outside the legal definition of cannabis, and CBD oils are sold as food supplements, with no prescription needed. Semi-synthetic cannabinoids such as HHC are banned. Read our full guide: Is CBD legal in Malta?

Which CBD product should you choose?

Every Dr. Hemp Me CBD product is THC-free and tested by an independent lab, with the report on its product page. The oils contain the same two ingredients in every strength; only the amount of CBD in each drop changes.

How to take CBD oil

1. Shake the bottle and fill the dropper.
2. Place the drops under your tongue. Most people start with 5 drops of the 10%.
3. Hold for about 90 seconds, then swallow.
4. Take it at the same time each day for at least three weeks before you decide.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist first if you take any medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
