Which strength of CBD oil is right for you?

The three oils contain exactly the same ingredients. The only difference is how much CBD is in each drop, so a stronger oil simply means fewer drops for the same amount. If you’re not sure, start with the 10% and move up later. Prefer not to count drops? CBD gummies have a set 15mg in each one.

- Shake the bottle and fill the dropper.
- Place the drops under your tongue: 5 drops of the 10%, 3–4 of the 20%, or 3 of the 30% is where most people start.
- Hold for about 90 seconds, then swallow.
- Keep to the same time each day for at least three weeks before you judge it.
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist first if you take any medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Five things to check before you buy CBD oil in Malta
- A lab report for the batch you’re buying. Not a sample report from years ago: one that matches the batch number on the bottle.
- The CBD per drop. “1,000mg” means little until you know the bottle size. Ours are all 10ml, so 10% is about 5mg per drop.
- THC. Maltese law excludes non-psychoactive cannabinoid products with no more than 0.2% psychoactive cannabinoids from the definition of cannabis. Ours are THC-free; the lab report shows it.
- What else is in it. Ours is hemp extract and organic hemp seed oil, nothing else.
