Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is an edible mushroom from the “tooth fungus” family, named for its long, hanging spines. It has been eaten in East Asia for centuries and is now one of the most popular mushroom supplements in Europe. It is not a psychedelic mushroom.

Great product that helps with focus and eliminating brain fog!

When I'm taking this product, I feel that bit mentally sharper and focused.
I take it with a coffee and use it with magnesium and vitamin D3 first thing every morning. I find it removes brain fog and gives me a sharper edge going about day to day life. I'd highly recommend.
Since I started taking this for a number of months now, I’ve notice increased hair growth and less hair loss.
